When booking online, Fundate operate a ‘ticket-less’ booking system which operates by sending the purchaser a reference number by email. This reference number is sent to purchasers/users electronically. When attending an event, your name coupled with identification should be sufficient to gain admission in most cases. However the booking number(s) should be retained by all customers as proof of purchase/booking in an instance where a disagreement/dispute arises between the purchaser and the hosting venue’s security /admissions personnel.
