We reserve the right to limit the provision and quantity of any product and service to any person or geographic location.

Online Purchases

When purchasing products and services at this site you may be asked to supply certain information and personal details. Upon & by providing this information you represent and warrant that it is accurate, current and complete, to your knowledge. If we we are given inaccurate information this may result in products and services, which have been ordered and paid for, not being delivered, delivered late or delivered after the date of the scheduled event. In such circumstances this loss will be borne exclusively by the customer who provided the innacurate information in the first instance. Either the purchaser or cardholder or both may have to be contacted once an order has been placed for order verification. Ownership and the property rights of both goods and services will be vested in the seller until such time as the full payment for such goods and services has been received, in full, by the seller from the buyer. As with any online service the sending of personal information via a website, e-mail or by any other method over the internet may not be secure and can be intercepted by third parties or unintended recipients. It is the site users responsibility not to divulge personal information of any sort over the internet unless you are using a secure and encrypted communications technology. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all necessary charges, including shipping and handling charges, to ensure delivery of the goods or services purchased on the site. We reserve the right to refuse any order without specifying the reason(s) for such refusal. We collected two types of information about customers visiting the site,

  2. Technical Information such as your browser type, IP &email address.

Personal Information is only collected if you voluntarily submit it to us and is used to process your order; provide support for your order; contact you regarding your order; and, contact you regarding offers from time to time. Technical Information is gathered on all visitors to the web site and is used to monitor traffic to our web site; ensure better levels of service; and, support our customers technically.
You acknowledge and agree that in certain circumstances we may be obliged to disclose Personal Information relating to you to third parties, for example, in order to process your order or get authorisation from your bank. We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have consented to this disclosure or unless involvement of the third party is required to fulfil / deliver your order. We will disclose your Personal Information if professionally advised, in good faith, that we are required to disclose it in order to comply with any applicable law or other valid legal process.
You should be aware that where you link to another website from our website we have no control over that other website. We have no responsibility for the privacy practices of other websites. There are currently no links to other sites from our website however this may change in the future.

Amending your personal data

Sales

Booking references / tickets are issued subject to the terms of the hosting venue. When booking online, Fundate operate a ‘ticket-less’ booking system which operates by sending the purchaser a reference number by email. This reference number is sent to purchasers/users electronically. When attending an event, your name coupled with identification should be sufficient to gain admission in most cases. However the booking number(s) should be retained by all customers as proof of purchase/booking in an instance where a disagreement/dispute arises between the purchaser and the hosting venue’s security /admissions personnel. Customers are asked to note, carefully, the following items: -

  1. Confirmation of all bookings for an event will be sent by email.
  2. Please check and confirm details of booking on receipt of email confirmation of purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified later. If, for technical or other reasons, a purchaser does not receive an electronic confirmation of their purchase/booking, he/she should contact customer services by e-mail at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.   1. In the event of any scheduled event being rearranged it is the responsibility of the customer to ascertain the date and time of such rearranged event. In this circumstance every effort will be made by the company, Fundate.ie, to contact customers by email to notify them of rearranged times/venues but the success of this attempted communication cannot be guaranteed. Event updates are available through this website.
  2. The management reserves the right to refuse admission and/or to conduct security searches, prior to admission, to ensure the safety of the patrons.
  3. Every effort to admit latecomers will be made where and when possible or at a suitable break in the event. Admission cannot be guaranteed if customers arrive late however every effort will be made to accommodate them.
  4. We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase.
  5. Tickets are sold subject to the event organisers right to alter or vary the programme or schedule due to events or circumstances beyond their control. Where such alterations or cancellations occur there will be no obligation on the company to refund monies or exchange tickets.
  6. All venues in the Republic of Ireland operate a No Smoking Policy, indoors. Designated smoking area’s are provided at the venue, outdoors.
  7. The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment is prohibited.
  8. The Promoter and Venue Management accept no responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen while attending any function organised by this company.
